The holiday activities have been taking up most
of my time the last few days. I did finish planking the stab center section.
Today I had time to remove the landing gear from the fuselage so I could jig
up the fuselage and do a trial fit of the stab on the fuselage stab platform
structure as shown below. The fit is pretty good although the stab is
slightly tilted right tip down. After Christmas I will have to sand a little
on the left side of the fuselage stab platform structure to level up the
stab. Since tomorrow is Christmas Eve, I discontinued work on the Sailplane
altogether this evening and will start up again sometime after Christmas.
