A few of Tommy Gray's Planes flown at the meet

 

Tommy's Bay Ridge "Mike" built for Speed 400 Electric.  This plane flew at the 2008 SAM Champs

 

Tommy's chuck Hollinger "Cruiser" rubber job converted to electric to compete in the

"Spirit of SAM" event at the 2009 Las Vegas champs.

 

Tommy's 1/2A  "Strato Streak" built to compete in the 1/2A Texaco event at the 2009 Champs.

 

Fuselages of a couple of SAM classics built by Reed Kaltenbach of SAM 9 in Shreveport. 

Didn't get to see these planes fly.  Maybe next time. It was a little too windy for test flying! Planes shown

are a "So Long" (White one) and a Sal Taibi "Pacer" (in red)

A couple of nice planes designed and built by SAM 15 member Allen Wiltz.  Allen is a former Free Flighter

and Rubber pilot who started flying RC when it got too hard to "chase 'em down"
